Practical Seminar Held at the Republican Council of the Railway and Transport Construction Workers' Union of Uzbekistan for Students of the Academy of Labor and Social Relations
Fourth-year students of group 111 from the Academy of Labor and Social Relations held a practical seminar session at the Republican Council of the Trade Union of Railway and Transport Construction Workers of Uzbekistan.
This initiative was carried out under the guidance of Guzala Turgunovna Rzaeva, Acting Associate Professor of the Department of Jurisprudence. The event provided students with a valuable opportunity to observe firsthand the operations of the sector and the active role played by the trade union in ensuring decent working conditions for employees. During the seminar, participants explored the social partnership system and practical processes within the transport enterprises.
