An event dedicated to the Uzbek Language Day was held at the Academy of Labor and Social Relations

A spiritual and educational event dedicated to the Uzbek Language Day was held at the Academy of Labor and Social Relations. The event aimed to showcase the richness and charm of the Uzbek language, further enhance respect and appreciation for the national language, and strengthen the sense of love for the mother tongue in the hearts of the youth.

Abdumurod Kholmuratovich Tilavov, Candidate of Philological Sciences, folklorist, literary scholar, and Associate Professor at the Department of Folklore and Dialectology of the Alisher Navoiy Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature, delivered a lecture at the event. During his presentation, he spoke about the historical development of the Uzbek language, its role in preserving our national identity and spiritual heritage, its rich linguistic capabilities, and the importance of preserving and further developing it.

Additionally, various challenges were organized among students to promote the Uzbek language, improve their language skills and knowledge, and showcase their creative potential. These initiatives served to boost young people's interest in their mother tongue, encourage them to speak Uzbek correctly and fluently, and foster a deep respect for national values.

This meaningful and impressive meeting played an important role in helping participants deeply understand the value of their native language, elevate its prestige, and pass it down pristine to future generations.

Our mother tongue is the symbol of our national identity, spirituality, and pride!
