An Open Lesson on "Important Factors of Mental Health" Held at the Academy of Labour and Social Relations
On the occasion of World Mental Health Day (October 10), a special academic event was organized for 3rd-year part-time students (Group 150-24) majoring in "Social Work" at the Academy of Labour and Social Relations.
Under the guidance of Navbahor Eshpulatova, Senior Lecturer at the Department of General Professional Disciplines, an open lesson on the subject "Mental Health and Home Care" was held, focusing on the topic "Important Factors of Mental Health."
During the session, the 6 essential factors (“Golden Keys”) of mental health were thoroughly explored. To make the learning process engaging and practical, the students demonstrated theatrical performances, participated in seminar-trainings, showcased insightful presentations, and engaged in interactive games.
The event was held in a vibrant, practical atmosphere, leaving a lasting and positive impression on all participants.
