THE UNITY OF THEORY AND PRACTICE: ONSITE CLASS ORGANIZED FOR STUDENTS

As part of the course on the "Law on Trade Unions and Their Activities," an onsite practical class was organized for 111-23 group law students at the Academy of Labor and Social Relations. Initiated by Guzalya Turgunovna Rzaeva, Acting Associate Professor of the Department, the session took place at the Republican Council of the Trade Union of Education and Science Workers of Uzbekistan.

The main purpose of the class was to bridge students' theoretical knowledge with practical experience, familiarize them with the organizational structure of the trade union system, its areas of activity, and the mechanisms for protecting the labor and socio-economic rights of employees.

During the onsite lesson, students learned about the activities of the Republican Council, cooperation with primary trade union organizations, and ongoing efforts to develop social partnership in the sector. Additionally, topics such as concluding collective agreements, ensuring occupational safety, and protecting the legitimate interests of workers were discussed in detail.

The session was held in an open dialogue and Q&A format, allowing students to receive direct answers from industry professionals. Such practical classes play a vital role in shaping the professional competencies of future specialists and deepening their understanding of the role of trade unions in society.
