FUTURE LAWYERS IN PRACTICE
Field Visit Organized for Academy Students at the Republican Council of the Aviation Workers' Trade Union of Uzbekistan Ensuring the integration of education and practice, as well as further enriching the professional skills of aspiring youth, is one of the crucial tasks of today. To this end, on November 4 of this year, a practical field visit was organized for 4th-year students majoring in «Jurisprudence» at the Academy of Labour and Social Relations of the Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan. Initiated by the Republican Council of the Aviation Workers' Trade Union of Uzbekistan, this event served to reinforce the theoretical knowledge acquired by senior students at the university directly through production and industry practice. Integration of Theory and Practice During the field visit, students were provided with detailed information on the practical application of labor legislation, mechanisms for protecting the rights and interests of employees, and the role and significance of trade unions in socio-economic relations. In particular, industry specialists gave explanations based on real-life examples regarding the specific features of legal regulation of labor relations in the aviation sector, as well as the importance of collective agreements and accords. Firsthand Experience: Exploring Training Simulator Cabins The meeting was not only educational for the young people, but also very engaging and impressionable. Students closely familiarized themselves with the activities of the Training Center, inspected special modern simulator cabins, and directly observed their operation process. Such advanced technical and practical opportunities marked an important step in broadening the professional horizons of the students.
